Tuesday: 4 with two miles at 7:30 pace. Little motivation at the Y. Weights
Wednesday: 4 Weights
Thursday: Off
Friday: 4 Miles
Saturday: Off
Crappy week of running what can a guy say! LOL ;-)
This week has not been that great either but away I go! Started to finalize my work out room. I had been stalling for some time to get it done to see for sure what to do with it. Well, I decided this Saturday night what to do. I painted a closet in it yesterday evening and just came back with the final materials a few min ago. Not much running but that will happen. It will be done now. Treadmill, weights, TV and an OSU Room it will be then. Time to go to the Y
