Week in review
Going Sunday to Saturday to keep better track of my miles.

Sunday: Off
Monday: 4 miles
Tuesday: Dreadmill intervals 1 mile warm up 800 @ 730,
1/4 easy, 800 @ 704, 1/4, 800 @ 6:30, 1/4, 800, 630.
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Off
Friday: 3 Miles including 1 mile warm up and then 1 mile fast. The mile fast was a 7:12. I was pretty happy with that.
Saturday: 13 miles with friends at Mohican averaged a 12:33 per mile pace.
Thoughts for the week: Still not great but the dumb ass attack of pushing that mile Friday made my legs so heavy on Saturday and I had to push to get moving! Ugh We ran a tough section of Mohican with over 1,400 of elevation climb on it.
Obtained a comped entry for Green Jewel 50k in March. I wont be as fast as I was when I ran it last, but it sets a goal race for me to be ready to run. This gives me 9 races for the year and 4 states.
This week preview: I have been going to the Y in the morning by 5 am and then in the evening. In fact, it is time to go again. The weights have been good, my body is sore and not sure I will do too much tonight but run. Wait till you hear about my biggest looser contest that started at work on Wednesday. Man I am hungry. 6 weeks of this. sheessh. LOL Looks like 30 miles on Saturday and marking trail for Run for Regis.
