Decent week made the 10% increase but ready for phase two of training. Was out of town most of last week and did not get to do weights and swim laps. The little bit of conditioning getting ready for this next phase has been good. Keeping from getting myself hurt most importantly letting the miles drop some weight for me. This week I am paying attention to what I am eating but not really ready to cut back everything just yet.
This week so far has gone well. I had a nice Tempo run yesterday and today intervals. Day one. Ugh 6 miles with 4X800 at 7:30 and two incline 400 at 7:30 with a lap walk after each and 1 mile warm up and cool down after.
Looks like I have found a 50 miler to do in New York in October with a friend. Can Lake 50 miler.
