35 miles:
Slowly building the miles with longer back to back runs. Next week is a step down and then the following weekend I will do a long run. Looking at doing a Fat Ass Possibly hard to tell. Weight is down a few more lbs so that is cool. Forgot about gun season this week so there was no Mohican runs.
I have been trying some new diet foods and even did some vegan foods! I had a vegan burger this weekend. I hope it is one of many days like those to come! Looks like as of today there are definitely a few additional changes I am going to implement that did not think I was ever going to again. Keep on getting those miles in and try some new stuff to see how the next 26 weeks go.
